Tyler Jensen will receive the 2024 Green Star Award at the Society of Cosmetic Chemists 78th Annual Scientific Meeting at the JW Marriott LA Live in Los Angeles. The Green Star Award, sponsored by Colonial Chemical, recognizes a formulator who has done outstanding work in green formulation during the past year. Jensen was recognized for the formulation, Invati Ultra Advanced Fortifying Leave-In Treatment by Aveda.

Honorable mentions for this year’s award are Cassandra Maddocks, Imogen Farm to Face for the formulation, Twinflower Cleansing Balm, and Kseniya Popova, The Rootist, for Strengthen Concentrated Shampoo.
